If you haven’t heard or seen them, stop what your doing and google - “Deap Valley.” If they some how slipped through your music periphery then let us introduce you to them. Deap valley is a Super-Duo, all female blues rock band that has been touring the world for the last 5years winning fans, capturing hearts and destroying hotel rooms. The sound is compared to early white-stripes with more sex, more drugs and more rock’n roll. Lindsey Troy belts out catchy blues rock with high energy while magically creating a wall of sonic, chunky, sexy, rounchy blues that lifts any-stiff, stooped over at your local watering hole. Julie Edwards the second super hero of the infamous duo, bangs out drum rhythms and backing vocals that move the floors, and will get your neighbors heads bouncing.
Deep Valley has toured the world and supported acts such as: Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Muse, Flaming Lips, Garbage and Blondie, Marilyn Manson, Wolfmother, and many more.
Recent Years has Deep Valley teaming up with some of these incredible musicians, collaborating and creating new art in various directions including a full album of psycedelic-pop-rock with the Flaming Lips properly self-titled “Deap Lips”
The band’s latest release and musical endeavour is a day-dreamy electric-pop rock-kaleidoscope aptly named - “Digital Dream.” Here we find our favorite female super-duo teaming up with the likes of KT Tunstall, Peaches, SoKo, jennylee, and Jamie Hince (The Kills) out digitally February 26th 2021.
